Free Entry Route

No purchase necessary

Sweepline provides a free postal entry route for Editions that are expressly stated to operate under the paid-plus-free-entry model. No purchase from Sweepline is required to use this route. Entrants must still satisfy the eligibility requirements in the Competition Terms and the rules of the relevant Edition.

How to enter by post

For Edition 001, send one handwritten postal entry by ordinary post to:

Your postal entry must clearly include:

• your full legal name;
• your date of birth;
• your full residential address;
• your email address;
• your telephone number;
• the Edition you wish to enter: Edition 001 — Rolex Datejust 36 Wimbledon;
• the statement: “I confirm that I have read and accept the Sweepline Terms & Conditions and that I meet the eligibility requirements for this Edition.”

Each complete and valid postal request counts as one Free Entry. Send only one Free Entry request per postal item. Do not include cash, card details or identity documents with your postal entry.

Timing and validation

Your Free Entry must be received by Sweepline before the closing date published for the relevant Edition. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt. Entries received after the applicable deadline, entries that are incomplete or illegible, or entries submitted by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements may be rejected in accordance with the Competition Terms.

Normal postage costs are the responsibility of the Entrant. Sweepline does not charge any fee for submitting a Free Entry.

Equal treatment

A valid Free Entry will be allocated an Entry ID and included in the same winner-selection process as Valid Paid Entries. Each Valid Entry has the same individual chance of selection regardless of whether it was obtained through the paid route or the Free Entry Route.

Eligibility

Unless the Edition Rules state a narrower requirement, entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales). Sweepline may request reasonable evidence of identity, age and residence if an entry is selected as the potential winner.
